It indicates that the file is included on some other list, like your own playlists or "liked". The Arturia forums have a thread on this, but all info there on this is actually wrong: the stuff after serialization::archive is not a "liked" bit but a refcount. There must be a master list of "liked" somewhere else but I can't find it. I'm not sure where that info is stored through. You have to run Pigments as admin then you can add to and delete from the "liked" list. Mkay, I finally found a solution for this too. You work around that by not using it and creating your own Playlist instead, but it's a bit less convenient to add to that: drag and drop, instead of clicking the heart icon. But the "liked" feature is still bugged even with this fix. And "recently played" will work after that. If you delete the three db.db3* files in C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets then Arturia will rebuild them in the background on its next restart. I'm inclined to think the latter given the distocontainer.xml snafu. I'm not sure if these feature would really need on-line access so they were disable on purpose or the crack is buggy in this regard too. You also cannot delete from favorites and some things are pre-favored in there. Neither this nor the previous V.R release (3.2.0), which had fewer issues overall, will save neither your heart-symboled "liked" favorites nor your "recently played" presets.
